Join us to plan for a successful postpartum recovery and a smooth transition into a new chapter for your family. You will learn about the postpartum body and emotions, common challenges and ways to tackle them, yoga and massage for the baby, and yoga in bed (restorative and gentle yoga safe for the postpartum period) and self-care tips for the mama.
Together we will release our fears, create a plan, connect with other mamas, and walk away feeling empowered to experience the postpartum period as something sacred and beautiful. All mamas will receive an essential oil gift at the workshop and an informative guide via email after the workshop.
This event is led by Saerin Ally Cho, a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher with additional training in restorative yoga, a wellness advocate, and a mama of two little children. After a traumatic childbirth and recovery experience after her first baby, she trained to teach prenatal and postnatal yoga with the mission of helping mamas prepare for and successfully navigate the pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. In 2018, she had a thriving postpartum experience after her second baby and would love to share her secrets.

Yes. This workshop was planned mainly with you in mind, to help you plan for a successful postpartum period. Of course, new mamas are welcome as well since there are always more tools you can learn to enhance your experience.
I would definitely recommend this workshop to my girlfriends! It was an intimate class and Saerin made me feel comfortable to ask any questions that I had. I really enjoyed picking up ideas and strategies from her as well as the other mamas in the room. None of my other classes covered postpartum so this was a great addition, and now I really know how important it is to feel supported, empowered, and prepared! - Rachel
