This section applies to all yoga retreats, workshops, and other events where the participant is physically present.

You understand that the practice of yoga involves physical movement and, as is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.  You are responsible in deciding to participate and ensuring that you do not exceed my physical limitation.  You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a medical care provider prior to and regarding participating in any of the events.  If you are am pregnant or become pregnant or recently gave birth, you confirm that you have my medical care provider’s approval to practice yoga or engage in any physical activity.

During any yoga classes, you understand that the instructor may provide physical adjustments to ensure safe practice through correct alignment or to deepen the expression of yoga postures.  You understand that it is your responsibility to inform the instructor that you do not want such physical adjustments.  If you wish to receive physical adjustments, you understand that it is your responsibility to inform the instructor when an adjustment has gone as far as you desire at that time.

Cancellations made in writing at least 60 days prior to the retreat are fully refundable. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the retreat are not refundable; however, the spot is may be transferable to another participant upon written notice to

You understand there will be photographic efforts to capture special moments at the event.  You grant permission to use photos of you taken at the event for future marketing purposes.

By signing up for the event, you waive and release any claim that you might have at any time for injury of any sort against Saerin Ally Cho from any claim resulting from or related to your participation in the event.
